Gritty and intense, like Leigh Bardugo's Six of CrowsĪ re-imagined take on history and mythology, like Margaret Rogerson’s Vespertine Lyrical and unique like The Bird and the Sword Chronicles by Amy Harmon I'm also looking for historical young adult and adult fiction set in any time period, whether a fantasy re-imagining or not. Yet I'm constantly surprised by books not on my "wish list," and am always open to stories with compelling characters and emotionally involving plotlines. I'm rarely able to resist the trickster king motif, and have a weakness for read-between-the-lines subtle romances. I love to read novels set in unusual time periods and locations, whether that involves a fantastical element or not. I'm also open to non-fiction submissions in the areas of design, cooking, and fashion. Wishlist I represent middle grade, young adult, and adult fiction across all genres, with an emphasis on historical, SF & fantasy, romance, and contemporary fiction.
